Our recruitment process runs from engagement through to induction of successful candidates. The process initially covers desk research and specification building, detailed candidate profiling, face-to-face interview and informal  referencing prior to introduction of 'shortlist' candidates.

Our process is only complete once a candidate has achieved initial objectives in post. This perception of our role (i.e. that the mandate is not complete simply on acceptance of offer) means that we stay in touch with candidates post-hire and provide relevant contacts and other input where we can to ensure that induction is successful.
